Here are FAQs about the Superfan Memberships. There is also links to video tutorials that walk you through all aspects of your membership step by step. Please refer to these BEFORE emailing me your questions. If you email about something that is covered in the FAQ or Video Tutorials, you will not receive a reply. Thank you for understanding.
My Membership was accidentally cancelled. Do I lose my standing/perks?
No. You do not lose your standing/perks/amount of time you have been a Superfan if your account gets cancelled as long as you sign back up within a month of when your account cancelled. If you wait longer than a month, your time will start over on sign up.

I forgot to download some of my perks before they were replaced. Can I still get them or do I lose them?
No worries. Please simply email me at austinbrownmgmt@gmail.com and let me know which mp3/video you missed and I will send it to you directly as long as you were a member when it was released.
My payment declined! What do I do now?
Firstly, DON’T PANIC! The website is set up to automatically try the charging the a few times before your membership is cancelled.
If you need to change your payment method, follow the directions in the “Updating Membership Payment Method” video tutorial. After your payment method is updated in the correct place, just wait. The website tries the payment again in 5 days. It will try the payment 3 separate times (all 5 days apart) before it cancels your membership. If your payment declines, it will send you an email letting you know.
I do not have the ability to attempt to charge your card so please do not email me asking me to do so.

If your membership is cancelled for any reason and you want to rejoin, just sign up for a membership level again. Simple as that!
